While all donor-advised funds must conform to strict federal regulations, we hold ourselves to even higher standards. We believe every charity dollar is sacred, and funds allocated by our donors should always be put to the exact charitable uses advised.
To ensure OJC Fund lives up to these goals, we have assembled a governance board of directors, accountants, lawyers, non-profit experts and other advisers to maintain and enforce OJC Fund’s course.
Many legal experts have reviewed OJC Fund with scrutiny. They include Pamela Mann, the former chief of the Charities Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office, who has issued a written legal opinion confirming that OJC Fund conforms to the strictest IRS regulations.
Roth & Co., one of the most prestigious accounting firms in the nation, serves as our fiscal advisory. The firm audits our DAF on an annual basis, and produces a full suite of detailed financial statements that are available for public review. OJC Fund also files an annual IRS form 990.
